Automobile Performance - April 2014

In April 2014 , Sales, production and export sectors are up . Thanks to the increase in demand for two wheelers.

For Cumulative automobile sector , overall performance is as below. Exports registered growth of 13%, while domestic sales is increased by 7 %.

Production is increased by 10.35%  on YOY basis.

• M&M Group is still dominating Tractor sector with 36% Market share.

• Tafe is holding its no. 2 position with 26% market share.

• Sonalika is emerging as third highest tractor seller with 12% market share.

YOY Sales  update –

• Overall Indusrty sales rise by 16%.
•  Due to strong tractor sales , Every mfg. is gaining in sales on yearly basis except VST.
• SDF and HMT are among the top gainer for this month.
• In top three , sonalika continues its good show and gain 22% as compare to last year in sales.
